NZCT WOMEN’S TOUR OF NZ
Planning for the NZCT Women’s Tour is progressing well. The promotion of the tour will be similar to the NZ Cycle Classic; Jorge is currently working on spectator booklets and a similar lift out feature in the Manawatu Standard. There will also be a teams presentation for the Women’s Tour and invitations for this will be sent out early next week. The first stage for the Women’s Tour will be an individual time trial out at Massey, you can view all the stage information on the cycle tour website http://www.cycletournz.com/womens/stages/default.html
The NZ Cycle Classic received fantastic coverage and Jorge will be working to ensure the women’s tour receives a similar profile. Again Jorge will be in charge of race releases however if you want to be added to the distribution list then please email This email address is being protected from spambots. We have also created an online storyboard that covers photos, videos, media releases and social media updates from the 33 Days of Cycling and the tour. It provides a quick overview and some of the most recent media releases; http://storify.com/sportmanawatu/33-days-of-cycling
